আমাদের দেশে blog নিয়ে সবাই যতটা আগ্রহী হয়ে উঠেছে freelancing নিয়ে ততটা হয়ে উঠেনি । এর অবশ্য প্রধান কারণ হল , অনেকেই মনে করেন এই কাজটা শুধু যারা programmer তাদের জন্য । আসলে তা নয়। শুধু মাত্র email reading, data entry এবং microsoft office সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলেই এই কাজটি করা যায়।পৃথিবীর সব company গুলোর কাজ করার জন্য লোকের দরকার হয়। তাই কিছু ব্যক্তিকে সেই কাজ দিয়ে চাকুরীর ব্যবস্থা করা হয়।কিন্তু সমস্যা হয় তখনি যখন একজন লোক experience হওয়ার কারণে তার বেতন বেশি চেয়ে থাকে।তাই উন্নত বিশ্বের দেশ গুলিতে company গুলো freelancing site এর মাধ্যমে মানুষকে কাজ দিয়ে থাকে । যেখানে কাজের ধরণ , বাজেট এবং যোগ্যতা সব দেয়া থাকে। চাকুরী করতে হলে যেমন application করতে হয় তেমনি এই site গুলিতে কাজ পেতে হলে BID করতে হয় । আমি নীচে কিছু গুরম্নত্বপূর্ণ site এর কথা উল্লখ করছি :

আপনি যদি registration process , কিভাবে apply করতে হয় , কিভাবে buyers এর সাথে communicate করতে হয় এগুলো জানতে চান তাহলে ধৈর্য ধরে নিচের কথাগুলো পড়ে যান।

আপনি কিছু basic জেনে নিয়ে নির্দিদ্ধায় এই সাইট গুলিতে কাজ করতে পারেন । আপনাকে জানতে হবে কিভাবে আপনি অনেকের মাঝথেকে bid করার মাধ্যমে একটি project পাবেন । আপনি যদি একটি project এর জন্য আবেদন করেন দেখা যাবে যে সেই project এর জন্য অনেকেই আবেদন করেছেন ,সেটা হতে পারে ২জন বা ১০ জন ।যত জনই bid করে থাকুক না কেন আপনাকে সেই project টি পাওয়ার জন্য যথেষ্ট সতর্ক থাকতে হবে।

Some Definitions:
1.Buyers: Buyers হল তারাই যারা বিভিন্ন freelancing site এ job দিয়ে থাকে ।অর্থাৎ তাদের দেয়া কাজেই আমরা freelancing এর মাধ্যমে অংশ গ্রহণ করে থাকি

2.Service providers: যারা freelancing site এ কাজ খুজে থাকে । আমার এবং আপনার মত ব্যক্তি

3.Projects: freelancing site এর প্রজেক্ট এবং জব বলতে আমরা একই জিনিশ বুঝে থাকি ।যদি আমরা বলি “bid on a project” এটা অনেকটা “apply for a job”.এর মত ।
 
buyer রা একটি projects post করে , তারপর আপনার আমার মত job seekers রা প্রজেক্ট টিতে কাজ করার জন্য বিড করে থাকে । ধরা যাক কেউ bid করল $100 আবার কেউ bid করল $90 আবার কেউবা $70। তাহলে project creator তার নিজের পছন্দ মত যে কাউকে কাজ দিতে পারে ।অর্থাৎ projects ক্রিয়েটর তার ইচ্ছে মত যে কাউকে কাজটি দিতে পারে।ধরা যাক bid করার মাধ্যমে আপনি $90 এর একটি কাজ পেয়েছেন কাজটি হতে পারে simple data entry।কাজটি আপনি শেষ করার পর Buyers তা veryfi করবে এবং নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে আপনাকে পে করবে। আপনার প্রাপ্য অর্থ সেই freelancing site এ জমা হবে।কিছু সময় Buyers রা ভাল কাজের জন্য বোনাস দিয়ে থাকে। freelancing site গুলো একটা নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ ফি আপনার কাছ থেকে কেটে রাখবে।এটা এক এক সাইটের জন্য একেক রকমের হতে পারে।এটা হতে পারে ৫% অথবা ১০% ।তবে এটা শুধুমাত্র আপনি কাজ করে থাকলে সেখান থেকে কাটা হবে অর্থাৎ আপনাকে কোন বাড়তি অর্থ দিতে হবে না। তাই এই কাজটি আপনি করতে পারেন কোন রকম অর্থ খরচ ছাড়াই একবারে ১০০% ফ্রি তে । তাই আজ-ই আপনার কম্পিউটারের সামনে বসে যান এবং শুর করে দিন freelancing । পরবতীতে freelancing নিয়ে আরও লেখার ইচ্ছে রইল। ......  ধন্যবাদ-
